I would personally like to thank the workmen and woman who did all the carpeting in my house. They did the most gorgeous job in my house. They started at 10 am and did not finish until after 9 pm. I would highly recommend Empire Today to anyone considering replacing the carpeting in their home. The sales rep was professional, knowledgeable and on time when he brought the carpet samples to our home. He discussed carpet weights, fabrics, wear, etc and helped us to make an informed decision on which carpet works best for us. A convenient appointment time was set up for installation within the same week (our choice). The installers ensured that the carpet was as ordered before they started the job and immediately went to work. They moved my furniture, tore out the old carpet, replaced it with the new padding and carpeting, then vacuumed and replaced the furniture. It was perfect for our busy schedules. This was a positive experience from start to finish and I’m looking forward to doing business with this company again next year when my basement needs carpeting. GREAT JOB EMPIRE - Thank You.

Our experience with Empire was extraordinary!
Moving is always a hectic experience. But, moving into a home with heavy dog urine smells REALLY tries the patience. After numerous attempts of throwing money away on self-applied steam cleaning AND professional chemical cleaning, the odor bloomed and permeated everything.
My husband heard the Empire commercial on the radio and told me that they could have carpet installed the day after we order it. I bit the bullet and called Empire expecting to turn over my first born, one arm and our gasoline allowance.
Our sales rep was very knowledgeable, very pleasant and very helpful. He didn’t even grumble when our cat, ‘Bijou’ decided to select the carpet herself by rubbing up against the samples. (They didn’t have the same smells as the stuff on the floor, obviously.)
The estimate for coverage with an even higher grade carpet than I had been quoted by someone else was much less money than we expected. Empire even added the upgraded padding for free!
The installation personnel were true artists. Their attention to detail was very impressive. (I know where the seams are, but I’ll be darned if I can find them now.)
They moved our furniture, removed the old carpet and padding, and removed and replaced the molding, and left the place looking wonderful!
A large living room, dining room, family room, hall and two bedrooms were completed in just one day.
We now have a pleasant smelling home with warm soft beautiful new carpet!

I had carpet installed in our living room in November 2005. The installers arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. They did a wonderful job!
About 6 months later, my dog chewed a hole in the middle of the living room carpet! She never did anything like that before and the only rational we could think of was she was trying to get to some crumbs left over from the dog biscuit she ate. Understanding this situation would not be covered under the warranty, I phoned Empire hoping they could still come out and fix the hole. I didn’t ask them how much they would charge to fix it, but I was planning on paying for the service. Within a week they arrived and took care of the problem. I couldn’t even see where they had repaired it! I asked how much I owed them, and to my surprise I was told not a thing! I couldn’t believe it!
This was the best service I have received in years! I certainly plan to call Empire again when other rooms in my home need the carpet replaced. I have also recommended them to friends and family.
Thank you Empire!
P.S…From now on, we make our dog eat her biscuits on the tiled floor!

I had Empire install carpeting in a new sun room 2 years ago. My grandson saw the ad on the TV and that same evening a representative from Empire came in at 10:00 P.M. I picked out the carpeting and guess what - it was installed at 8:00 A.M. the next morning, what a surprise. Just like it said on TV, installed the next day.
I have been very satisfied with the installation and the carpet.

I was very pleased with the service from the initial phone call up to the finished product! My consultant arrived at the designated time and was able to help me choose the carpet the best met my needs in terms of quality and affordability. Then the installers called in the morning of the installation date and told me what time they would arrive. They not only showed up on time but they were pleasant, quick and efficient, and they cleaned up after themselves. It was a very good experience!
