I could not be happier with the service I received from the initial home estimate to our installation with Empire. I shopped around the area and Empire was the only company that had what I was looking for at the price I wanted. They even worked with me, knowing my financial situation. My sales representative was extremely professional and helpful. They not only cared about my selection and cost, but also cared enough to be available by phone anytime and to check back after our installation to make sure I was happy. They arrived at my house with samples and provided me with great service. My carpet looks fabulous. I also went with a dark vinyl in the closet that is awesome. Thank you, to the installation team and our sales representative. You are the best company I have done business with in a long time. I will surely use you again and recommend you to my friends.

We recently had our carpet changed by Empire and received the best price and service. The sales representative was very professional, accommodating and helpful. The price was right and they helped us get what we wanted. We strongly recommend them to anyone who needs new flooring. Our installer was also very professional and did a beautiful job. They even did better than whoever did our previous installation and I am no longer stepping on the nails of the tack-strips. There were a few minor adjustments and they were great about making sure we were happy with the final product. Empire rocks! Thank you!

Wow! What a great experience with Empire Today! My husband and I decided at the last minute to get new carpet throughout the house before moving in furniture from my in-laws house. We sent in an email request late Tuesday night, a sales representative came out the following morning and we had the carpet installed the next day. It was less than 48 hours from start to finish! We love our carpet, the installers were amazing and we could not be happier with our experience! We have already recommended Empire Today to our neighbors and my mom has an in-home consultation scheduled in four days! Wonderful!

Wow, our sales representative was great! They were very nice, polite and extremely helpful. They knew exactly what we were looking for so we could make our decision fast and easy. The people installing the carpet were so nice and introduced themselves. They did not just start installing like strangers I really loved that. Plus, they were so fast and quick, helped with all our heavy furniture and answered any questions we had. Thank you, you did an amazing job. It was amazing to see how carefully the installation team handled our furniture, moving it from room to room in our relatively small home. This was a very pleasant experience. Our sales representative took plenty of time to explain the options and different grades on carpet. They were very knowledgeable and on time.
The installers showed up and they were very neat and took the time to make sure the job was to my satisfaction. They took about five hours from start to finish.

This is the second time in two years that we have relied on Empire to replace old carpet. The first time was in Florida and now we’ve replaced the carpet in our North Carolina home. Our sales representative was so professional. Before ever showing me any samples, they listened carefully to exactly what we wanted. Not once did I feel like I was being rushed to make a decision. I still cannot believe the installation crew was able to install carpet in bedrooms, a big bonus room and a long hallway in just one day. We will always turn to Empire whenever we need new carpet.

I had been shopping for carpet for a very long time. I’d gone to all the big home stores, warehouse vendors, second hand dealers. You name it. I checked it out. My sister was happy with the hardwood floors she had installed by Empire, so I decided to give them a call for my carpet. Not until I met the sales representative at Empire did I finally decide to buy. Their knowledge of the product and their passion for the company impressed me and gave me confidence that buying from Empire was the right decision. Now that my new carpet is in place, I can say without a doubt that buying from Empire was the right decision. The team of installers never ceased putting forth 100% to get the job done and get it done right. They included me in decisions about the stairs and didn’t hesitate to ask questions when they needed to. It was good to know that they cared about my opinion and wanted to make sure I was happy with the way it turned out. I am very happy and I will recommend Empire to others.

When my husband and I decided to re-carpet the family room two years ago, we decided upon Empire because their prices could not be beat. In addition to great new carpet, we were both pleasantly surprised to receive such quick and professional service! When the time came to replace the upstairs carpet, naturally we chose Empire and were please once again with the results.
