Empire Carpet Stories

My wife, Arleen, and I have had flooring installed by Empire Today for a month now, and I wanted to take some time to let you know that we are pleased with the finished product and the process that took place during the installation.  Although it was an inconvenience (as was expected) in going through the prepping and installation, I would like to bring to your attention the outstanding customer service I received. Empire Today was a breath of fresh air in this day and age of the forgotten art of customer service.  They took extreme care in moving our furniture and ensured the crew was careful in taking care of everything.  They walked me through each step of the prepping and installation process.  They were very patient when I asked questions and was equally thorough in the answers provided.  When the installation was complete, they were just as meticulous in making sure the furniture was put back in place to my satisfaction.  They gave me explicit details of what to do and what not to do as well as giving me the info to go online for care and warranty info.  They even went the extra mile and gave me a personal cell phone number if I had additional questions after they left.  I am, of course, very delighted to have had the pleasure of working with Empire Today during the entire process. Their professional and courteous attitude, expert knowledge, and patience in handling my specific issues were very important to my complete customer satisfaction.In the past, I felt that promises that were made by salespeople were usually not delivered by the installers.  But not in this case.  My sales representative handled my issues as if they were his own, and I am completely satisfied.  I will recommend Empire Today to all my friends and business associates and look forward to patronizing your company in the future.  James F., TX

Our 7 month old just began crawling and my husband and I decided that for the new year we had to have comfortable carpet for him. I called Empire and the sales representative came that day. He was sensitive to the fact that I had a child and pets and gave us choices that fit our lifestyle and offered us easy financing.

My husband and I had Empire install carpet in our basement this December. They did such a great job…FAST…that we decided to have them do the rest of the house too. In 10 years…when we decide to replace the carpet…we will call Empire again. I have no doubt they will do the same amazing job that they did this time.

We had stellar advice, assistance and service from our sales rep. She knew her product well and was able to answer all our questions. We really appreciated her patience as we investigated other options (she wasn’t annoying our pushy like some sales people).
