I am extremely happy with the entire Empire Today process. Our sales and design consultant was an absolute delight to work with. She was very knowledgeable and helpful while we were selecting the flooring that would best suit our needs and tastes while staying within our budget. She made financing and scheduling a breeze. The teams that installed our vinyl and carpet did an absolutely beautiful job. They were also very polite and professional. The customer service is also outstanding. They made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I had shopped around before deciding to go with Empire Today, and they were heads above the rest. I am so glad I purchased my flooring from Empire. I highly recommend them!

I called Empire this past Sunday. They arrived on Monday right on time to show me the carpet. I chose a recycled fiber carpet, which was exactly what I wanted. Tuesday, the installers arrived at 9 a.m. on the dot. The whole process was so easy and wonderful. My house is completely transformed. I couldn’t be happier. Empire Today, in every aspect, was prompt, professional and helpful. Thank you so much for making me fall in love with my house again.

We have been wanting carpet for a while now! I had heard good things about Empire, so we decided to schedule an in-home estimate. Our sales representative came to our home on a Friday evening. He spent a lot of time with us explaining all about Empire and offering many options. My husband and I were very impressed with the sales rep and gave him the green light the following day. We planned for our new plush carpet to be installed just five days after we had our consultation. The installers came right on time and were very kind and courteous! We had just over 1300 sq ft for them to carpet. They began at 9:00 and were done at 3:00. The three men that came to put in our new carpet were awesome! They moved out all of our big furniture items, quickly and carefully. I highly recommend Empire for your carpet needs!!! My family and I are all so happy with the results!!! Thank you so much for everything! We LOVE our new carpet!!!

I took advantage of the great deals that Empire offers and recarpeted my entire house. I was a little reluctant at first to be told that I needed to replace the pads, but when I saw what Empire brought versus my original I was glad to. Empire scheduled at my convenience and the installers were prompt and very professional. They worked very hard and took great care when moving my antique furniture around. They were also very genuinely concerned that I was satisfied. My house looks great.Thanks Empire!

I just want to say we tried both box stores one twice and got horrible service. My wife and I decided to try Empire and they sent the best salesperson. She was beyond awesome, offered great advice based on our colors in our house, and we had carpet a day later. The team they sent to remove and install did a pefect job on a tough room–outstanding. We just found out we are having a child so we need carpet in our spare rooms sooner than we thought and won’t use anyone but Empire. Beyond Satisfied Customer

My husband and I had decided that we wanted to re-do our floors, so we decided to have a few salesmen come out and give us estimates. Empire Today was by far the lowest price for the same product! The salesman made us feel good about our choice and was not sleazy or pushy as the others were.When the installers showed up at 8:30, they were done with our whole condo in about 4 hours and it looked amazing! It looks seamless and they even cleaned up after themselves! We would definitely hire them again and we’re recommending them to our friends.
