We met with our salesperson (who was wonderful) on 6/4/08, and our carpeting (all eight rooms) was installed on 6/7/08. The installers did a wonderful job. They moved the heavy furniture and put it back without a scratch on the walls or furniture! They were very polite and worked very quickly. It was a HUGE job, but they managed to do the installation in one day. We are very pleased with the price, installation and quality of our carpeting. It has been one year since we bought our carpeting from Empire, and we are still very happy. We would recommend Empire to anyone!

I had been shopping for carpeting for a very long time. I’d gone to all the big home stores, warehouse vendors, 2nd hand dealers…you name it, I checked it out. My sister was happy with the wood floors she had installed by Empire, so I decided to give them a call for my carpeting. Not until I met with Empire did I finally decide to buy. The salesman’s knowledge of his product and his passion for his company impressed me and gave me confidence that buying from Empire was the right decision. And now that my new carpet is in place, I can say without a doubt, that buying from Empire was the right decision. The installation took a long time, but the team of installers never ceased putting forth 100% to get the job done and get it done right. They included me in decisions about the stairs and didn’t hesitate to ask questions when they needed to. It was good to know that they cared about my opinion and wanted to make sure I was happy with the way it turned out. I am, very happy, and I will recommend Empire to others.

This is the second time in two years that we’ve relied on Empire to replace old carpet. The first time was in Florida and now we’ve re-carpeted in our North Carolina home. Our sales representative was so professional. Before ever showing me any samples, he listened carefully to exactly what we wanted. Not once did I feel like I was being rushed to make a decision. I still can’t believe the crew was able to install the four bedrooms, big bonus room and long hallway in just one day. We will always turn to Empire whenever we need new carpet.

Getting new carpet in your house may seem like a daunting task but Empire made it so easy and affordable!! From making your appointment online, to their great prices we had a wonderful experience with them. My mom is very indecisive and the salesman was so patient and helped us every step of the way. Then the day to get the new carpet came, the guys were on time, professional, polite, and went above AND beyond our expectations! They did an amazing job and finished that day! We can’t stop looking at our living room, it looks like a whole new house, we will definitely be working with them again in the future!

I could not be happier with the service I received from Empire Today! From the initial home estimate appointment to the final installation; I shopped around the San Diego area and Empire was the only service which had what I wanted for the price I wanted. They even worked with me, knowing my financial situation, and took off $$$ from the entire price. The sales rep was extremely professional and helpful; not only caring about my selection and cost, but also caring enough to be available by phone anytime. There is no better service than one that comes to your house with the samples, and takes the time to make ME matter. My carpet looks fabulous and I went with a dark vinyl in the closet that is awesome. I was quite surprised with how it looked when finished. To the installation team and the sales rep, I thank you. You are the best company I have done business with in a LONG time. I will surely use you again and recommend to my friends.

The sales presentation was informative and thorough. There was a good product selection to choose from. The installers worked quickly and efficiently on a multilevel installation with quite a few stairs and steps. The diligence of the sales representative with his measurements and layout must have helped to expedite this installation. It was a very professional experience from start to finish. My wife and I are very pleased with our choice to go with Empire Today. We highly recommend this company!

My husband and I decided that we wanted to re-do our floors, so we decided to have a few companies come out and give us estimates. Empire Today was by far the lowest price for the same product! The salesman made us feel good about our choice and was not pushy.
When the installers showed up they were done quickly and it looked amazing! It looks seamless and they even cleaned up after themselves! We would definitely hire them again and we’re recommending Empire to our friends.

I coudn’t believe how easy the entire process was. I carpeted several rooms, and a finished basement with a home theatre. Our salesman was super. He arrived and had great samples and ideas. We chose all of the rooms effortlesslyand now we have a beautifully finished home. The installers were terrific and everything went smoothly, and perfectly. We had carpet installed with Empire Today and we are very satisfied. This was our second purchase with them. The first was vertical blinds. The salesperson was very good when she came out. The installers were terrific, finished in a timely manner, cleaned up their work area and were very friendly. I will definitely purchase from Empire again. The carpet looks great and it was a great purchase experience.
