I am very pleased with the experience that I had with Empire. The sales person and installation crew were knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. The sales person and installers were professional, and exceeded my expectations in the quality of their service. The foreman kept me informed at all times. He explained to me that my job was what was considered a “big job” and that it would take all day to complete. I appreciated that because the information allowed me to arrange and plan my day. I wold recommend Empire to anyone, based on my experience.

Was not happy when our original appointment was cancelled, but we rescheduled. The gentleman that showed up was on time, let us make up our own mind as to what we wanted, no pressure at all. We chose our carpet and set up an installation date. Two men showed up, moved the furniture, tore up the old carpet and padding and did a wonderful job installing the new one. They were courteous, cleaned up after they were finished. We have a bit of a difficult area that needed to be carpeted and they did a great job. I would recommend Empire to anyone.

Our salesman was awesome. My husband and I have a small infant that we were trying to take into consideration when we decided what carpet to go with. Michael really tried to understand our needs based on our family and lifestyle and recommended carpet based on those factors. He was also able to accomodate our schedule. We had just moved and were really interested in next day installation. By the time we decided on what we wanted, the financing department was closed and it looked like we were going to have to wait an extra day for installation (which would not have worked because of furniture delivery). He was able to push everything through the next morning and schedule installers that day!!! Thank You. We love our carpet.

The Empire team goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I called Empire’s representative on a Sunday. He provided us with the free in-home estimate on Monday, and as of mid-day Tuesday my husband and I had new flooring. The team who installed the flooring was 100% professional and didn’t stop working - ever - until the job was done. They cleaned up after themselves and really made it a painless experience. We are thrilled with Empire Today and will absolutely use them again in the future. We truly did save a ton and could not ask for a better product or experience!

We met with our salesperson (who was wonderful) on 6/4/08, and our carpeting (all eight rooms) was installed on 6/7/08. The installers did a wonderful job. They moved the heavy furniture and put it back without a scratch on the walls or furniture! They were very polite and worked very quickly. It was a HUGE job, but they managed to do the installation in one day. We are very pleased with the price, installation and quality of our carpeting. It has been one year since we bought our carpeting from Empire, and we are still very happy. We would recommend Empire to anyone!

I had been shopping for carpeting for a very long time. I’d gone to all the big home stores, warehouse vendors, 2nd hand dealers…you name it, I checked it out. My sister was happy with the wood floors she had installed by Empire, so I decided to give them a call for my carpeting. Not until I met with Empire did I finally decide to buy. The salesman’s knowledge of his product and his passion for his company impressed me and gave me confidence that buying from Empire was the right decision. And now that my new carpet is in place, I can say without a doubt, that buying from Empire was the right decision. The installation took a long time, but the team of installers never ceased putting forth 100% to get the job done and get it done right. They included me in decisions about the stairs and didn’t hesitate to ask questions when they needed to. It was good to know that they cared about my opinion and wanted to make sure I was happy with the way it turned out. I am, very happy, and I will recommend Empire to others.
