Charmed and impressed with Empire Today

We were absolutely charmed and impressed with the outstanding caliber of our Empire carpenters. We had a two day job with vinyl in the kitchen on the first day and carpeting in the living, dining and two bedrooms on the second day. And we could not believe how efficient and fast these guys worked. All of them were so pleasant to be around and they were all very intuitive with our precious 14 month old, which was running around amidst the hoopla. From the initial call to set up the in-home estimate all the way to the last installation day every single person we came into contact with went above and beyond to give us the best customer service and honest information. Empire we appreciate you and will continue to rave about our experience with you. We will send everyone we know, that needs or is looking for any of the services you provide, your way. My husband and I had a great experience recently when Empire Today came to our house to quote carpet for our basement. The sales representative was both professional and friendly with a great work ethic. He took the time to explain all the options we had, answered every question we had and explained the procedure, pricing, warranty etc. numerous times without making us feel rushed. I am sure Empire deals with much larger jobs than ours but he never made us feel uncomfortable taking up so much of his time. He was so positive and upbeat about the company and its great customer service that we ended up knowing we had made the right decision. Our sales rep was the type of salesman that every company would be lucky to have on their team. He knows his product, knows his audience and is the reason I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Empire to my friends.

We just bought our 3500 sqft home and were expecting a huge bill and a long wait for the carpet installation. Empire gave us an amazing deal and installed our carpet the next day. Saying that the customer service, installation, and products are incredible is a huge understatement. The in-home representative was friendly and knowledgeable. The installers were quick, clean and impressive. When they say next day installation, they mean it. I needed new carpet in for my baby-shower and gave them less than a weeks notice. All they needed was a day. Great customer service and great products make me a future repeat customer.

Empire Today has exceeded their advertised promise of quality, price, and exceptional customer service.

In-Home Consultation:
Our in-home consultant was on time (called ahead and was actually early) for the appointment. He was polite, professional and gained our trust as he explained each flooring option. When it came to pricing he extended himself to ensure we received the lowest price possible. It was as if he was buying the carpet for his own home. Our in home consultation ended at 8pm and next day installation was scheduled. Normally I would not expect next day delivery of anything unless set up by noon or 1 p.m. at the latest. But not so with Empire Today; even at 8 p.m. he assured us that we were able to schedule next day installation.

Installation:
The installation team arrived early in the morning with all the right equipment and the huge roll of carpet. They quickly and quietly went to work removing the old and preparing the surface for new pad and carpet. They worked all day without a break, magically creating and cutting with precision to minimize and match invisible seams. Clean up was quick and a final joint inspection was conducted to ensure we were satisfied with the work.

Summary:
I rate Empire Today 10 out of 10 in every category. I highly recommend Empire Today for their quality products, their in home sales associate for outstanding customer service and product knowledge, and the installers and their team of professional craftsman. Overall a great experience. When I have flooring needs in the future there is only one phone call I will make and that is to Empire Today.

Great Service from Empire Carpet

It’s so hard to get good service today but when I called Empire for carpet I was totally surprised. The salesman was knowledgeable and had some good ideas about carpeting in a house with pets. I had a special order but even at that the carpet arrived much sooner than I’d expected. And the installation was great. Meticulous. They even cleaned up. I’m so happy I called Empire. It’s good to know there are still some people who care about their work.
