Blazingly Fast Customer Service
I had been noticing some bumps under our (relatively) new carpet that had been installed in November (7 months earlier). Yesterday, I called to request that someone come out to look into it. Your support representative said to expect a call in 1-3 days from the installation department. In about an hour, my call was returned and they set me up with an appointment for an installation team to come out the next day, which was today. They (5 men!) came when promised and investigated the problem. They found that the padding had some hard pieces of plastic that had bubbled up and come loose. They removed the pieces and asked me to write a note on their work order saying what they found and what they did. The head installer said that he was going to take the pieces back to you (the installer was a subcontractor) to make sure that you knew that the padding you used had some bad quality spots. Within 15 minutes they had solved my problem and promised to try to make it better for other buyers in the future. This carpet was installed 6 months earlier yet you sent a team (a team!) to investigate and repair it without question.
