Empire Carpet Goes the Extra Mile

The Empire team goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I called Empire’s representative on a Sunday.  He provided us with the free in-home estimate on Monday, and as of mid-day Tuesday my husband and I had new flooring.  The team who installed the flooring was 100% professional and didn’t stop working – ever – until the job was done.  They cleaned up after themselves and really made it a painless experience.  We are thrilled with Empire Today and will absolutely use them again in the future.  We truly did save a ton and could not ask for a better product or experience!
