Empire Today was the Best Choice for Me
I had been shopping for carpeting for a very long time. I’d gone to all the big home stores, warehouse vendors, 2nd hand dealers…you name it, I checked it out. My sister was happy with the wood floors she had installed by Empire, so I decided to give them a call for my carpeting. Not until I met with Empire did I finally decide to buy. The salesman’s knowledge of his product and his passion for his company impressed me and gave me confidence that buying from Empire was the right decision. And now that my new carpet is in place, I can say without a doubt, that buying from Empire was the right decision. The installation took a long time, but the team of installers never ceased putting forth 100% to get the job done and get it done right. They included me in decisions about the stairs and didn’t hesitate to ask questions when they needed to. It was good to know that they cared about my opinion and wanted to make sure I was happy with the way it turned out. I am, very happy, and I will recommend Empire to others.
