Empire Today Experience Creates a New “Customer for Life”

I suffered some major damage from Hurricane Ike. I have had the worst time dealing with many contractors for the past 4 months and my frustration level was rising! I got tired of waiting on flooring, picked up the phone and called my sales rep. Not only did he arrive the same day with carpet samples, in less than 24 hours I have the most beautiful new carpet! I am an extremely happy customer. The installers were very polite, professional, and cleaned up every bit of trash. I am now going to buy my window treatments from Empire Today and after that, possibly the tub liner. Yep, you have a customer for life with me. I would highly recommend Empire to all of my friends & family as well as anyone reading this post. Thank you Empire for giving me one happy day since the hurricane!

    We have used Empire before, but we had a tough choice to make about our kitchen floor. Jason spent a lot of time with us. My wife changed her mind a couple of times, finally made the right choice of flooring she wanted. It only took a couple of days before they were out doing our floor.
