Our Empire Today salesman was easy to talk to and listened to our concerns. The salesman worked with us without putting any pressure on us to purchase carpet. The team that put in our carpet was professional and courteous. They moved the heavy furniture for us and made the carpet fit perfectly! You can really tell Empire thrives on customer satisfaction because our family is completely satisfied.
