More Than Pleased With Empire Today

I am very pleased to share the fact that I am more than pleased with the service and the work that Empire Today did for me. The carpet was installed by three gentlemen who were very professional and thorough. They were also kind and pleasant. The office staff was equally kind and pleasant in their dealings with me. I will highly recommend this firm whenever the opportunity arises. Thanks Empire.

    I would recommend Empire Today in a heartbeat. In fact, I think my co-workers are tired of hearing about how happy we are! Empire was ready to install the day after we placed our evening order, but we couldn’t take off work that quickly. The day of installation, the workers called to give us an ETA. The carpet installation took less than four hours for three bedrooms, living room and five closets. The two installers were friendly and more than willing to please. Upon completion, they cleaned up, and even vacuumed!

    We had one minor fix needed, so small I was embarrassed to have someone come to take care of it; but Empire did and everything is wonderful.

    I know we’ll be contacting Empire Today again because when the economy improves, our family room would look beautiful with the pattern we chose. The padding quality is fabulous. I love the feel of it on my bare feet.

    Our salesperson was great and got us the very best deal she could. The price, carpet quality and everything else just could not be beat.
