I never before submitted a testimonial, but I HAD to do it now. I called Empire to schedule an in-home estimate. The salesman showed up at my convenience and was WONDERFUL! He was such a pleasure. I had all 6 rooms done in my apartment and he explained everything I needed to know.
I ordered my carpet and scheduled my installation date. On the day of installation, two installers showed up right on time and I cannot tell you how PLEASED I was. I already lived in my apartment so I was very nervous on how they were going to complete this job. They knew exactly how to maneuver the furniture and get the carpet installed. They worked continuously from 9am to 4pm and completed the entire apartment and let me tell you, I have a big apartment. The installation was professional and BEAUTIFUL!
I have never been more satisfied with carpet then I am with Empire.
