Empire Today Delivers Customer Service Along With Empire Carpet

I noticed some bumps under our relatively new carpet that was installed in November. Yesterday, I called to request someone come out to look into it. Your support representative said to expect a call in 1-3 days from the installation department. In about an hour, my call was returned and they set me up with an appointment for an installation team to come out the next day. They came when promised and investigated the problem. They found the padding had some hard pieces of plastic that bubbled up and came loose. They removed the pieces and asked me to write a note on the work order saying what they found and what they did. The head installer said that he was going to take the pieces back to you to make sure that you knew that the padding you used had some bad quality spots.Within 15 minutes they had solved my problem and promised to try to make it better for other buyers in the future. This carpet was installed 6 months earlier yet you sent a team to investigate and repair it without question.

  2. Usually I don’t follow up with customer satisfaction surveys but with the very excellent service received by your Sales and Installation Crew, this will be the exception! If all companies look at your satisfaction and winning approvals from your customers, they will know how to stay in business! Combining deferred financing, friendly and knowledgable staff with producing excellent results on install of products have prompted me to write in and say “Thanks Empire Today!” Any other business owners watching? “This is how it is done, period!”
