Empire Carpet Stories

My house had CHEAP white carpets when I moved in that buckled, came up at the baseboards, and was soon a tan instead of white. I called Empire Today assuming that I couldn’t afford new carpet. The salesman came out on the date (Thursday) & time (3:00pm) promised. He took the time to understand what I wanted and the type of carpet that fit my need. I told him anything darker than what I had and mid-grade (figuring that was what I could afford). He showed me samples, found the perfect color and showed me I could afford the up-graded carpet and padding at a lot less then expected. He said they could install it the next day, which was bad for me, so he said how about Saturday. I said “”GREAT”" they actually work on Saturday. The installers showed up on time, moved the heavy furniture & remove the old carpet. They were pros, did a wonderful job, cleaned up all mess, and vacuumed. The carpet looks better than the samples and the installation is perfect. I will be calling Empire when I redo the hardwood floors in the bedrooms and the tile in the kitchen, which will be soon because the prices are so good I spent less than I imagined. I have and will recommend them to anyone who need carpet or any other service they provide. I invite people over just to see my new carpet. It has made my house look like a brand new home.
