First time customer loves great quality Empire carpet and Empire experience that surpasses expectations

This was the first time that we have used Empire Today and our experience was more than expected. From the first time we met our sales agent to the final installation the service was excellent. Our sales rep was exceptional and his approach was very informative and very professional. The men that came to install the carpet also were very professional and above all exceptional in the install process.

We thank you for sending us such exceptional people and the product (carpet) is of great quality. We had to match existing carpet and the new carpet does just that. I actually think the carpet from Empire Today is of better quality then our existing carpet. Again thank you and I will refer your company to others.
