I’ve had a lot of experience selling flooring and providing customer service in another state. As a result, I am picky about the quality of salesmanship, product, and installation.
I had the best sales and installation experience one could expect. How refreshing!

The rep. was on time, brought samples of carpet styles in which I was interested, measured the rooms properly, explained Empire Today’s procedures for installation and expected timeframe to completion, and gave me a good quote. He went out of his way to be thorough as well as friendly. When I had questions he returned my calls and answered the questions promptly.

The installers were exactly on time, a rarity in the business, they were neat, efficient, polite, did a fabulous job, and cleaned up afterwards.

I can’t say enough good about them. Great job, Empire Today! You have my business in the future and I will tell my friends.
