When we decided to call Empire for an estimate, we had never expected the high caliber of service and product that we got. Not only did we have a huge array of choices of carpet to choose from to match every budget, but the rep was prompt in her arrival, ready to answer any question we had, allowed us to make the choices we needed without pressure or intrusion, and measured our home with speed and precision. Within 2 days, our new carpet was completely installed by 2 highly competent, skilled professionals who moved all our furniture, were impeccable with their cleanliness and cleanup, and left us with a beautiful, new look to our home. We had planned on updating our home to sell it, but have decided to stick around for awhile and enjoy our beautiful home a bit longer.
