I just bought a new home and the old carpets needed replacing. Since I was on a tight budget, I was concerned I couldn’t afford to replace them, but the sales rep found me a great deal and I was able to replace the carpets and even get a higher grade carpet than I expected. The installers worked very hard and did a terrific job. I would highly recommend Empire Today to anyone.

I had been noticing some bumps under our (relatively) new carpet that had been installed in November (7 months earlier). Yesterday, I called to request that someone come out to look into it. Your support representative said to expect a call in 1-3 days from the installation department. In about an hour, my call was returned and they set me up with an appointment for an installation team to come out the next day, which was today. They (5 men!) came when promised and investigated the problem. They found that the padding had some hard pieces of plastic that had bubbled up and come loose. They removed the pieces and asked me to write a note on their work order saying what they found and what they did. The head installer said that he was going to take the pieces back to you (the installer was a subcontractor) to make sure that you knew that the padding you used had some bad quality spots. Within 15 minutes they had solved my problem and promised to try to make it better for other buyers in the future. This carpet was installed 6 months earlier yet you sent a team (a team!) to investigate and repair it without question. Wow. Thank you Empire! I just wanted to tell you that the two installers came about 10:30 in the morning, were done by 5:30 that afternoon, and the installation exceeded my expectations. Every cut, every nook and cranny was cut with perfection. Even the edge of the stairs, which wrap under about an inch from the edge, the installers cut with perfection! I am very pleased with Empire and will recommend them to everyone I know.

I had never purchased a home product, such as carpeting, before, and was very nervous about having a company name like Empire handle my carpet installation. But they were fantastic. The customer rep was on time, professional, and friendly. He did not hassle me about other products and services, and helped me select the product that best suited my needs (I have a dog who just had puppies, and was concerned about pet damage). The installers were on time and finished the job quickly and professionally! I am so impressed with the service that I received, and give my highest recommendation for anyone shopping for carpeting.
