I just want to say that I am very satisfied and happy that I decided to use Empire. They are true to their advertisement and their service promise. There sales representatives are very polite and flexible. By the time my carpet came, the service I received, the amount of time it took and the product had me sold. I saved money on one room and will do another. Your staff was excellent. I will use Empire again for my other rooms and also for the bathroom. I am a renter but wanted new carpet so my landlord gave me an allowance. Based on the cable commercials for Empire, I called them first. My carpet sales representative was great. They brought out an impressive array of samples and were delightful. I picked a carpet, received a great price and had amazing installers. They were on time and did a spotless job. I had a sales representative out to my house for a carpet quote. I was running late and they volunteered to wait about 20 minutes for me to show up. They gave me several choices and recommendations and were not pushy at all. This was very important to me. The carpet went in the very next day. It was quick and easy and it looks great.

We wanted some durable, good looking carpet for our living room/family room, and we wanted it installed before Christmas. We looked elsewhere and were not able to get it in the time we wanted it, then we remembered the Empire ad about installing it the next day. We called and had someone schedule for the next day to show us everything. They were professional, friendly and very helpful. We were able to schedule installation for exactly when we wanted it. The installers were on time, professional and hard working. They did a beautiful job installing the carpet and we can’t even see the seam! It is a wonderful, high quality carpet! I was skeptical at first of how they were going to install the next day and we are not spontaneous people. We wanted to think it over and we are always looking for the best price. Our sales representative could not have convinced us more that Empire was indeed the way to go. We got stain master carpet for less than the price Empire’s competitors quoted us. We got the best price and the best carpet.
The carpet selection we chose receives more compliments each day and it is up to date and gorgeous! The installers were professional and moved the furniture swiftly. We had no issues with them.

My husband and I are repeat clients of Empire. Last year we had carpet installed in a town home on our daughter’s recommendation. The experience was so positive that we had Empire return to our home in the desert and lay new carpet in our living room, den, stairs and hallway.
