I was skeptical at first at how they were going to install the next day and of course, we are not spontaneous people. We wanted to think it over and always looking for the best price. Our sales person could not have convinced us more that Empire was indeed the way to go. We got Stainmaster carpet for less the price than the competitor’s were pricing it at. We got the best price and the best carpet.
The carpet selection we chose has gotten more compliments by the day and it’s up to date and gorgeous! The installers were professional and moved the furniture swiftly. We had no issues with them.
Empire carpet you do great business and please do keep it up. We’ll be referring you to all of our friends!

There was some confusion between the date the salesperson told us carpet would be installed and what the computer had in its records. You went out of your way to reschedule the installation on the day we expected in less than 2 hours. It was amazing!!!! I really appreciated the diligence you showed in getting installers to our house. AND THE INSTALLERS WERE FABULOUS! They were quick, efficient, cleaned up every little piece of carpet and I feel they did a fabulous job. OK, now I want another room done quickly, because the bedrooms and hallway look so fabulous. Thanks so much!!!

About Empire, I know you from TV. I called you and the next day, one of your workers came to my house. The day after that, workers came and installed the carpet and flooring so nicely. After three months, I called again. You came the next day and took the rooms measurements. The day after that, the workers came and they installed it. I chose Empire two times because I can trust them. They are fast professional, and give you warranty. I will recommend Empire to everyone because they are really good!

I wanted wall to wall carpeting installed in my house and Empire came the next day! The installers were fabulous. They worked for four hours on four rooms and never took a break. They moved our furniture, vacuumed the floors, and took the old carpet to the curb. They were outstanding and the carpet is superb: if you drop a drink on it, it bubbles up and is easy to wipe up. I am so pleased with Empire I couldn’t wait to compliment the two installers to their employer.

My house had CHEAP white carpets when I moved in that buckled, came up at the baseboards, and was soon a tan instead of white. I called Empire Today assuming that I couldn’t afford new carpet. The salesman came out on the date (Thursday) & time (3:00pm) promised. He took the time to understand what I wanted and the type of carpet that fit my need. I told him anything darker than what I had and mid-grade (figuring that was what I could afford). He showed me samples, found the perfect color and showed me I could afford the up-graded carpet and padding at a lot less then expected. He said they could install it the next day, which was bad for me, so he said how about Saturday. I said “”GREAT”" they actually work on Saturday. The installers showed up on time, moved the heavy furniture & remove the old carpet. They were pros, did a wonderful job, cleaned up all mess, and vacuumed. The carpet looks better than the samples and the installation is perfect. I will be calling Empire when I redo the hardwood floors in the bedrooms and the tile in the kitchen, which will be soon because the prices are so good I spent less than I imagined. I have and will recommend them to anyone who need carpet or any other service they provide. I invite people over just to see my new carpet. It has made my house look like a brand new home. I am an Empire Today customer for life. If you need new carpet, wood floors, tile or anything for the home that they offer, don’t shop around - call EMPIRE TODAY first!!!!

I am very satisfied with Empire Today. I couldn’t believe I looked at carpet one day, picked it out and enjoyed it fully installed the next evening when my husband got home for dinner. It was great not going out comparing prices and styles and it was especially nice having a nice sales representative and carpet installers. I just want to say that the crew that installed our carpet were some of the hardest working folks I have had the pleasure to hire. We had Empire come out on a Wednesday and on Saturday we had new our new carpet. That same evening the sales rep called to see if everything had been to our satisfaction. The service was great, and we loved the installers! They were friendly, professional and pleasant to have in our home.
